Folks, This year let's please break the tradition of submitting at the last minute (typically last two days!). The PC's life is easier when you make submissions sooner rather than later. Share your great work, we all want to hear about it! And/or ping your friends to share their work. Netdev conf 0x18 is going to be a hybrid conference with the physical component being in Silicon Valley, .ca.usa For overview of topics, submissions and requirements please visit: https://netdevconf.info/0x18/pages/submit-proposal.html For all submitted sessions, we employ a blind review process carried out by the Program Committee. Important dates: Closing of CFS: Mon, Apr 22nd, 2024. Notification by: Wed, May 1st, 2024. Conference dates: July 15th - 19th, 2024. 0x17: BoF Video up, My foo is just way better!

Videos still trickling in.. My foo is just way better! is a fun BoF session which premiered at 0x17. The chair, PJ, threatens it will be coming back in 0x18. In this session various people - mostly spontaneous - get hold of the mike and screen and give a variety of tips on tooling (yes, the stuff people use but noone talks about!) Thanks to all the participants! David Wei, Christian Hopps (my favorite!), Donald Sharp, David Lamparter, John Ousterhout, Pelini Ye and the bravest of them all: Lourival Vieira Neto who fought hard with the AV but was unfortunate not to get to show how better his foo is.
