Dear Long Xin,
As we approach the conference, we kindly ask that you provide a
pre-recorded video of your presentation to help us minimize technical
issues during the event.
To ensure a high-quality recording, please follow these guidelines:
- Minimum resolution: Full HD (1080p), widescreen format.
- Good audio quality is crucial — clear narration and minimal background
noise will help your message reach the audience effectively.
- Record yourself against a clean background with sufficient lighting.
Please avoid covering important content with your face-cam.
- Use contrasting colors and a reasonable text size to ensure readability
on small screens.
- Please shorten your video to account for Q&A. The time slot for your
session accounts for both the presentation and questions.
You're free to choose the codec and container format that suits you best,
though MP4 (H.264) is recommended as a safe default for compatibility. If
you need assistance recording, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please submit your video as soon as possible to
submissions-0x1a@netdevconf.info. For larger files, a file-sharing link
(e.g., Google Drive, WeTransfer) is preferred over email attachments. We'll
confirm receipt once we have your video.
