Regarding the feedback received, the initial segment of the presentation focuses on a kernel implementation, while the subsequent part pertains to DPDK. This submission looks like two separate talks stuffed into one. I'm guessing the first part is more related to the kernel implementation (it's not clear to me from the abstract), in which case it could make sense to separate them (kernel and DPDK - both developers and users - tend to be different crowds). I think each part have enough merit to be a (maybe somewhat short) talk on its own. ----

Unfortunately, we are unable to secure Croatia VISA appointments in the UK. We tried our best to make arrangements, but for some reason it's extremely difficult to get these appointments in a short timeframe.
