I have discussed with my colleagues the possibility of turning it into a Tutorial and it seems doable but we have some questions:
As it's our first NetDev Conf (as speakers), we'd like to understand what are the expectations regarding a tutorial. I understand it's longer (>1h), and can be more practical but, do we need to set an environment where attendees can participate?
This would be your choice to make. You can either make the students participate by providing a VM/container/etc or it could be "instructor led" i.e you go through your agenda and demonstrate all features progressively all the way to showing advanced use cases. The idea here is for you to market your tool so a variety of people can say "I want to use that" ;-> Typically a lot less can go wrong with instructor-led.

Can it still address limitations and give feedback to the community? For example: we had this comment from one of the reviewers:
You dont need to since the nature of your session has changed. But consider it as useful input for the tutorial if it makes sense.
What the features are doesn't matter nearly as much as how it's done and what your experiences from doing it are. A demo is good, but be prepared to show the "dirty details" of how you're setting up your eBPF code and carrying information out of the kernel, especially the more kernel-stateful things like conntrack. If you have feedback to kernel people, this would also be the place to bring it.
Does this also apply to tutorials?
Another key aspect is remote access. It might be possible for one of us to travel, probably not the full week but at least the day of the tutorial. But the other two speakers would be remote. Is it possible?
Yes, it is. I am assuming you are all in Europe - so wondering why you cant all be there? Is the issue that the "boss wont pay"?
That, and some personal schedule conflicts.
Also, when will we know the exact date & time of the tutorial so we can book the flights/hotel (as I said, we most likely would stay just for one day)? Finally, is there any funding available? That would help my employer to also find some budget for this.
The tutorial will be either monday or tuesday.

As far as funding: We can probably help with accomodation - example we could find you a hotel room that has more than one bed. Would that help?
